This LEED Platinum-certified mixed-use landmark will serve as the gateway to the revitalized commercial district. Its design skillfully integrates spacious public spaces and gardens into a series of external plazas and rooftop landscapes, perfect for urban farming, dining, events, and entertainment. The development incorporates several groundbreaking sustainable practices, making it the first project in Hong Kong to achieve five of the highest green building certifications.

The 88 Walker building is composed of a pair of tall, slender forms, creating a striking contrast with the broader proportions of the surrounding structures and becoming a focal point on the skyline. Located in the heart of North Sydney’s central business district, the project integrates with the historic Firehouse Hotel. The two-story former fire station—now a heritage-listed pub—and the 50-story mixed-use tower together narrate the evolving development of North Sydney, from an early colonial suburb across the harbor from Sydney Town to a major business district of this global city. Within the ever-evolving and dynamic CBD, it hosts some of the largest corporate tenants in the world.

This infusion brings a breath of fresh air to the bustling office life and forms a rare natural oasis amidst the urban jungle, providing a place for busy office workers to shift their state of mind. This project not only revitalizes the workspace but also offers a serene retreat for those navigating the hectic pace of city life.
