Project Name: Wanda Realm Chengde Jinbao
Project Location: Future City, Shuangqiao District, Chengde

Wanda Realm is Wanda Group’s premium five-star hotel brand. Wanda Realm Chengde Jinbao features 289 well-designed guest rooms and suites, along with seven meeting rooms ranging in size from 33 to 116 square meters, as well as multiple dining venues and supporting facilities.

Lobby

Warm-toned indirect linear lighting is integrated into the decorative ceiling structures around the perimeter of the lobby. At the center, a golden leaf-inspired decorative chandelier serves as a visual focal point. The layered lighting composition balances functional illumination with artistic expression, creating a welcoming and refined arrival experience.

Guest Rooms

The guest rooms adopt a no-main-light lighting concept, reducing direct glare and enhancing visual comfort. Recessed downlights are integrated into the ceiling to provide subtle general lighting, complemented by pendant lights on both sides of the bed.

In the bathrooms, anti-glare downlights are installed above the vanity, toilet, and other functional areas, while concealed linear lighting within ceiling recesses provides ambient illumination, enhancing both comfort and atmosphere.

Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms utilize intersecting linear light strips as the primary lighting element, combined with recessed ceiling downlights as supplementary illumination. This layered approach adds depth to the clean architectural space, clearly defining primary and secondary lighting zones.

Restaurants

Restaurants feature circular pendant lights paired with smaller, minimalist pendants arranged around the perimeter, ensuring shadow-free illumination throughout the space. Recessed downlights along the edges provide additional lighting support while enhancing the overall dining atmosphere.

For this hotel project, Anno Lighting developed tailored lighting fixtures and strategies based on the functional requirements of each space. From design through production, Anno Lighting delivered a one-stop lighting solution, ensuring cohesive performance, visual comfort, and operational efficiency throughout the hotel.

Project Name: OPPO Second Operation Center, Chengdu
Project Location: Xinchuang Innovation Technology Park, Hongxing Road, Shuangliu District, Chengdu

The OPPO Second Operation Center comprises a 206.3-meter-tall main R&D tower, a 57.2-meter multi-purpose secondary tower, and four underground levels. The project integrates research, office, and support functions, requiring a comprehensive and efficient lighting solution across all interior areas.

Lobby

The lobby lighting primarily utilizes linear luminaires. High-quality polycarbonate diffusers are applied to ensure sufficient brightness and uniform light distribution throughout the space, creating a clear and welcoming arrival experience.

Open Office Areas

Open office areas are mainly illuminated with suspended linear office lights. Precisely customized fixture heights and lengths are tailored to align with each row of workstations. The luminaire diffusers are made of microcrystalline materials, effectively reducing glare, minimizing eye fatigue, and improving overall work efficiency.

Meeting Rooms

Directly above the meeting tables, recessed downlights are used as task lighting. Circular LED light strips are integrated around the perimeter of the downlights and paired with 4000K neutral white light, allowing illumination to radiate softly and evenly outward from the center of the table. This lighting arrangement creates an atmosphere conducive to alertness, focus, and effective communication.

Office Corridors

Office corridors feature minimalist surface-mounted grille downlights combined with flexible LED light strips. This configuration delivers focused illumination while emphasizing wayfinding functions. High-quality forged aluminum heat sinks are incorporated to ensure long-term stability and reliable performance of the lighting system.

Elevator Lobbies

Deep anti-glare recessed spotlights are evenly distributed across the elevator lobby ceilings to provide general illumination. LED light strips installed along elevator door frames and within ceiling recesses enhance spatial depth and reinforce the building’s technological character.

Parking Lobby

As a transitional space between the building interior and the parking garage, the parking lobby lighting design prioritizes functionality and safety. Stretch membrane lighting systems are used for their high-quality light output and luminaire materials, offering high energy efficiency and low power consumption while delivering both functional and decorative lighting effects.

For this project, Anno Lighting supplied more than 300 customized office lighting products, including over 35,000 downlights, approximately 50,000 meters of linear lighting, and more than 142,500 meters of flexible LED light strips. These tailored solutions provide comprehensive interior lighting coverage across the entire campus, ensuring a green, energy-efficient, and high-performance lighting system throughout the OPPO Second Operation Center.

From the outset of the design process, we clearly defined the lighting design requirements, addressing both functional and emotional aspects. We precisely matched lighting and color temperature parameters to different areas and designed four operational lighting modes for different times of day (general operation, peak hours, closing time, and security).

The lighting uses accent lighting to reinforce visual focal points, and uses recessed spotlights and LED strips for basic lighting, combined with ambient light to guide pedestrian flow.

Ambient lighting is used in the passageways to ensure basic brightness for movement, while accent lighting is used at shop entrances and in core business areas to create visual focal points and naturally attract foot traffic.

The concept behind this lighting design is that “lighting is not merely a decorative element, but a guide for the space,” fulfilling both the functional requirements of commercial operation and enhancing the overall spatial experience.

The Tencent Technology Beijing Headquarters building is located at the southeast intersection of Zhongguancun Software Park Phase II and Xiabeiwan Road in Beijing. The scope of this lighting design project primarily covers the first-floor public areas, the Taihe Cloud Ladder, and the Tencent flagship store.

The ground floor employee lobby utilizes ceiling-mounted linear lighting, column lighting fixtures, and wall-washing lights to illuminate the entire space. Artificial and natural light are integrated and controlled together, with a brightness gradient from dark to bright, progressing from the background to the media screen and then to the service desk, reinforcing visual focus.

The VIP lobby on the first floor is illuminated with warm light from recessed and linear lights, highlighting the walls and greenery, while the anti-glare treatment of the downlights enhances visual comfort.

The lighting in the ground-floor visitor lobby is graded from strong to weak, from the service desk to the projection screen, using soft ambient light as a base to ensure functional lighting at the service desk.

Taihe Cloud Ladder features brightness grading based on function, utilizing LED linear lights and track spotlights to adapt to the curved and layered spatial structure. Warm lighting is combined with wood materials to soften the industrial feel of the building.

Tencent’s flagship store utilizes different types of lighting fixtures and layered ceiling lighting designs in various areas, adapting to the needs of display, retail, and relaxation spaces while also enhancing the spatial layering and overall experience.
