The church, Sanctuary Tunnel Garden, designed by the renowned local Indonesian firm RAD+ar, is located in a rural estate near Bogor.

It includes a private vacation villa and a prayer space, aiming to establish a deep yet subtle relationship between the architecture and the vast surrounding nature.

Inspired by the concept of “light and truth at the end of the tunnel,” this project explores how religious architecture can evolve by incorporating modernist influences into its spatial design while preserving its spiritual essence.

These interventions highlight the raw beauty of the original site, replacing or complementing the intricate ornamentation and natural materials traditionally associated with sacred spaces.

This project aims to provide a comprehensive and personalized indoor lighting solution for a high-end private residence in Chengdu. Through thoughtful lighting arrangements, the design not only fulfills the functional needs of daily life for family members but also creates a warm, comfortable, and artistic home atmosphere.

Melbourne, as the cultural capital of Australia, is renowned for its diverse architectural styles and high-quality lifestyle. In recent years, as people’s requirements for living environments continue to increase, more and more private homeowners have begun to pay attention to the importance of lighting design in residential spaces. Good lighting design not only enhances the functionality and comfort of a space but also showcases the homeowner’s taste for life through the artistic expression of light and shadow.

Located on the former grounds of Hong Kong’s decommissioned Kai Tak Airport, AIRSIDE is the latest project unveiled by Asia Office to mark the 25th anniversary of the closure of this civilian airport. This LEED Platinum-certified mixed-use landmark will serve as the gateway to the revitalized commercial district. Its design skillfully integrates spacious public spaces and gardens into a series of external plazas and rooftop landscapes, perfect for urban farming, dining, events, and entertainment. The development incorporates several groundbreaking sustainable practices, making it the first project in Hong Kong to achieve five of the highest green building certifications.
